Ordering Information
- No refund after order confirmed.
- Order confirmation takes around 3 days on processing (not including Saturday and Public holidays), please be patient.
- Since products are all handmade after receiving orders, please note the products will not deliver immediately after order confirmation. For details, please refer to the delivery date marked under every product.
- Actual arrival date varies based on different delivery services.
- Customers can log into our website by checking order status.
- Customers can leave message on “Comments” for any enquiries.
- We would send email to customers when changing order status.
- We reserve final right to interpret the above information.
付款需知：
Payment information
- We accept Payme, Paypal, Stripe & banking transfer.
- Credit card company will charge 3%(Paypal) & 3.4%(Stripe) for handling fee.
- No refund after order confirmed.
- For banking transfer, please pay within 24 hours and upload banking reference within 12 hours after payment.
- Please do not send any banking reference through What’s App.
- Please write down your phone number and order number on banking reference.

We provide several choices for delivery:
For local customers:
- Hong Kong Post registered packet (hkd$10 +hkd$16 registered fee)
- SF express self-pickup (hkd$30-$36)
- Self-pickup at Tsuen Wan branch
- Self-pickup at lockers provided by Alfred (hkd$20)
For Macau customers
- Macau registered packet by SF Express (hkd$36)
For overseas customers
- Overseas registered packet by Hong Kong Post (please What’s App 95656170 for delivery fee)
